How does pricing work?
Every design is custom — there are no fixed packages. Tell us your occasion, vision, and budget, and we'll design around it and send you a clear, personalized quote after a free consultation. Any figure discussed beforehand is an estimate; your date is confirmed once a written agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better — popular weekends fill up fast. A few weeks' notice usually works for smaller parties; for weddings and large celebrations, reach out a few months ahead if you can.
Is setup and teardown included?
Yes. We arrive early on the day to build everything — stage, backdrops, florals, lighting — and return to take it all down afterward. You never lift a finger.
Which areas do you serve?
We're based in Rochester, NY and serve the surrounding region. Traveling a bit farther is often possible — just ask when you inquire.
Can you match a theme or Pinterest board?
