If you contact us by phone, email, or Instagram instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that message.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs for security and reliability, which typically include IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of access.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics, or advertising technology on this website. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not track you across other websites. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Our website links to our Instagram profile. Following that link takes you to Meta’s platform, which has its own tracking practices and privacy policy that we do not control.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months so we can follow up and maintain context if you return to us. Records relating to booked events — contracts, invoices, and payment records — are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:

- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop contacting you

This site is served over HTTPS, and our inquiry form includes spam protection. We limit access to inquiry information to the two of us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as payment card or identification numbers through the website form.
Children’s privacy
Our services are marketed to adults planning events. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Event photography
We photograph the décor we create, and we may use those photographs in our portfolio, on this website, and on social media. Where guests or hosts are identifiable in a photograph, we ask permission before publishing it. If we change this policy we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be highlighted on this page.
