These terms govern your use of ameventology.com, operated by A&M Eventology (“we”, “us”, “our”) of Rochester, New York. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website is informational

Everything on this site — service descriptions, portfolio photographs, and general guidance — is provided for information only. It describes the kind of work we do, not a fixed catalogue of products.

Quotes, bookings, and pricing

• Every design is custom. Any figure discussed before a written quote is an estimate only.
• Quotes are based on the details you give us — date, venue, guest count, and scope. If those change, the quote may change.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, and are subject to our availability at the time you accept.
• A booking is confirmed only when a written agreement is signed and any required deposit is received. Until then, your date remains available to other clients.
• Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and payment terms are set out in the written agreement for your event, which governs the booking itself. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

Portfolio photographs and results

Photographs on this site show real events we have decorated. They illustrate our style and the range of what we can build. They are not a promise that your event will look identical.

Décor is affected by venue rules and dimensions, weather for outdoor setups, seasonal availability of flowers and materials, lighting conditions, and your budget. Balloons, fresh florals, and other natural materials vary in colour and behave differently in heat, cold, wind, and direct sun. We will always tell you honestly what is achievable for your event.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — photographs, text, the A&M Eventology name, our logo, and the site design — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view and share links to our pages. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our photographs or content for commercial purposes, or present our work as your own, without our written permission. If you would like to feature our work, email us — we are usually glad to say yes with credit.

Images of people and events

Where individuals are identifiable in a photograph, we seek permission before publishing. If an image of you, your family, or your event appears on this site and you want it removed, email ameventology@gmail.com and we will remove it promptly. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to submit false information, send spam or automated submissions, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the site’s operation or security.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party platforms, including our Instagram profile, and relies on third-party services to deliver form submissions and fonts. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Our responsibilities for an event we are contracted to decorate are governed by the written agreement for that event, not by these website terms.

You agree to indemnify A&M Eventology against claims and costs arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
